Our services

We offer chartered accountancy and consultancy services such as tax filing, audit support, company setup and compliance work. Each service on the website has a description and a price. Booking a meeting with us is free.

Your account

• Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service on behalf of a business that is legally able to hire us.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Requesting a service and paying

• The price shown for a service is in Indian rupees and includes GST.
• A request starts once payment is received. Payment is made online through our payment provider.
• If you do not complete the payment within 24 hours, the request is cancelled and you can create a new one.
• The price is fixed when you place the request. A later price change does not affect it.

Documents and information you give us

You must give us accurate and complete information and only upload documents you have the right to share. Our work depends on what you provide, and delays or errors in it can affect the result and the time taken. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect or missing information.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Using the website properly

Please do not try to break into the website, overload it, upload harmful files, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We take care in our work and aim to finish it in the time we indicate, but timelines can depend on government portals and on information from you. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Requests already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jharkhand.
